    Senior Intern -

I believe therapy is a space to reflect on who you are and how you want to live. This includes all aspects of the self: body, mind, emotions, and spirit. My approach is grounded in respect for you as a unique individual and adapting to what you need. I’m here to provide a warm, non-judgmental presence, empathy, and curiosity as you explore different aspects of yourself and your life.

My areas of interest are meaning and purpose, grief, self-worth, anxiety, depression, shame, jealousy, complex PTSD, intimacy and romantic relationships.

I am process-oriented and draw on mindfulness-based therapies, attachment theory, IFS/parts work, CBT, psychodynamic and existential approaches, and dream work. Together we may explore patterns, emotions, beliefs, relationships, and the deeper meanings connected to your experiences.

I understand that human nature and the complexities of life can lead to suffering and replaying unhelpful patterns. I will support you in understanding yourself in new ways, moving toward meaningful change, and cultivating greater well-being.

I offer in-person sessions on Thursdays and Fridays. Please feel free to book a 15-minute meeting if you feel like we might be a good fit.
