Welcome to Your Path Counselling! I’m Robin, a relational counsellor, and I’m glad you found your way here. My counselling style is collaborative, affirming, strengths- and values-based, non-pathologizing and trauma-informed. I believe in the importance of respecting and honouring your story, your needs, your perspective and your unique background.

My areas of focus include working with late diagnosed adult autism and the neurodivergent-curious; problematic alcohol use and recovery; family and interpersonal relationships and communication breakdown; navigating life transitions; the big four – anxiety, depression, stress and trauma; and palliative/end-of-life matters.

In supporting my clients, I use an eclectic and integrative approach tailored to each person, drawing on solution-focused brief therapy, neurodivergent-affirming care, positive psychology, internal family systems (IFS) and EMDR. I am a certified autism specialist, death doula and reiki master.

I can help you with awareness and acceptance, triggers, shame and guilt, values and beliefs identification, emotional regulation, communication, masking, overwhelm and burnout, self-criticism and compassion, boundary setting, community-building, psychoeducation, coping skills, resources and tools. I welcome the opportunity to be your counsellor.

Please don’t hesitate to either book an appointment or arrange a free 15-minute consult with me. I look forward to meeting you.
