Hello and welcome to Your Path! I’m available to provide therapeutic support for adults of any age, and to consult with parents/caregivers of children and youth. With over thirty years of direct practice and teaching experience in the counselling field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through a wide range of mental health struggles and life changes.

I have a solid grounding in the mental health challenges that people experience, and when useful, provide formal diagnoses for work or school-based accommodations. I also specialize in helping people along their journeys of grief, trauma, relationship struggles, work-based stress, life transitions, and Autism-related diagnoses. Using evidence-based approaches such as interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness-based therapies, cognitive-behavioural therapies, and existential therapies – my goal is to tailor our sessions for your needs.

Finally, I believe that counselling is a collaborative process where you set the pace and direction, and I’m here to support, guide, and walk alongside you. I am also available for a free 15-minute initial consultation to help you decide if I’m the right fit for you.
