I provide counselling to adults looking for support during the ups and downs of life’s journey by video, phone and in-person appointments.

While receiving counselling from me you can expect to feel heard and at ease to share your deepest thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental way. My goal is to help you explore new possibilities, gain awareness, heal, and empower you to strive towards your fullest potential. Within this nurturing alliance, I will help uncover the resilience within you to surpass obstacles.

    Areas of Focus:
Anxiety, Self-worth, Life transitions, Career challenges, Student life stress, Loneliness, Perfectionism, Stress, Relationship concerns, Pressures of caregiving.

I collaboratively create a counselling experience that is tailored to the needs of my clients using a client-centered approach. Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) guides my practice by guiding clients towards their values. To ignite change, I draw from diverse interventions that are solution-focused, strength-based, mindfulness-based, somatic-based, experiential, and cognitive-behavioural (CBT) techniques.

Additionally, I studied Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India, where I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. This experience profoundly impacted my own well-being, and I draw from this approach to help my clients experience more balance. As an outdoor enthusiast, I am passionate about helping other outdoorsy folks achieve a higher sense of well-being to do what they love!
