    Registered Counsellor - MCP, RCC

Sometimes it’s okay not to be okay; that’s where we come in.

Therapy with me is creative, collaborative, empowering, illuminating, and occasionally challenging. My goal is not to avoid the tough stuff, but to meet it together instead. Issues that I have experience with include: anxiety, depression, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, body image, cultural identity, and relationship problems. I am also interested in working with family planning and the perinatal process. I’m fortunate to have experience with a diverse array of clients and am strongly committed to culturally safe and inclusive practice.

My main theoretical influences include: Narrative, Emotion-focused, and Psychodynamic therapy, as well as Somatic and Mindfulness approaches. I’m also passionate about Nature-based therapy, and am an active member of the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America.

I’m available to meet clients aged 16+ for online, in-person, and nature-based sessions. Reach out for your free consult call and let’s connect!
