I recognize the strength it takes to reach out for support, and I strive to create a warm and safe space where we can work through life’s challenges together. Through counselling, I can assist you in identifying the sources of challenges in your life and co-create treatment plans to address concerns. With an inclusive approach, I hope to model a positive relationship and assist you in realizing your goals.

My approach to counselling is holistic in nature and incorporates body, emotions, thoughts, and relationships in healing. My main therapeutic approaches are Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.

My areas of focus are related to relationships, attachment, sex concerns, and trauma. I also welcome other concerns that may be impacting you, such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or life transitions. I offer both individual and couples counselling options.
