    Masters of Counselling Intern -
    BSc

I believe counselling offers a safe and supportive space to slow down, show up as you are, and move towards meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, while honouring the context of your lived experience.

My approach is integrative, collaborative and dignity-driven. I draw flexibly from a variety of evidence-informed modalities, adapting our work to your needs, preferences and goals. These include somatic, nervous system and relational approaches. I have additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Response-Based Practice, and Somatic Trauma Therapy.

I have worked with people navigating complex mental health challenges, chronic illness, homelessness, addictions, and systems of oppression and marginalization. My approach is grounded in cultural humility and an awareness of how social context and systems of power shape our experiences. My work as a Registered Herbal Therapist has also shaped my holistic perspective and strengthened my reverence for the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional, relational, and ecological lives.

It is an honour to walk alongside people as they explore their experiences and move toward lives that feel more authentic, connected and meaningful. You are the expert of your own life, but you don’t have to navigate everything alone.
