I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, heard, and supported. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we can navigate life’s challenges together. I provide a flexible, holistic, and strength-based approach, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive and Behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused therapy (SFT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-based therapies, to tailor our work to honour your unique context, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

I have experience working with youth and adults in individual settings. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life and career transitions, relationship difficulties, substance use, and grief and loss.
